In the "old times", you got /incoming access if you had 5 locked images in 30 days. Then it changed to being based on when you received the karma points (so you would always have the full 30 days to enjoy, only with some lag waiting for the cleanups).
From now on, it shall be a combination of the two mentioned above, in your favor! That's right. You get /incoming if any of the previous conditions are met; that is, for example if the cleanup only happens after 30 days, you STILL get to enjoy it in the meantime, and THEN get another 30 days because of the karma points.
If that wasn't enough, /supersearch also works the same. If you don't know it yet, try it!
Oh (update @ 2012-02-10): This week we have Catunday again. It means Saturday+Sunday you have free /incoming.
